WAC approached us with a problem, they had a dated site which did not inspire their users to submit applications, the interface was old and unsightly and the user journey confusing. WAC had all of the tools, training and information needed for their developers to get started, but the content was difficult to find, and not presented to the user in an informative way.

DMflex managed the redevelopment of the website working closely with the WAC team which consisted of stakeholders based in the UK and US. From the large Information Architecture supplied by WAC DMflex created a defined structure for the new site, working hard to establish an interesting User Experience that allowed developers to easily find what resources they need and then submit apps.

The design of the site, produced in the US, was managed by DMflex in the UK and applied to the CMS WAC were previously using. The new functionality of the site was meticulously designed to fulfill the needs of the users and the needs of the stakeholders within the Wholesale Applications Community.
