Partner Portal for Telcordia utilising our Web 2.0 Community Platform

'The portal allows us to keep content current whilst allowing customized access to individual partners. It provides a critical connection point between us and our partners. We couldn't have achieved a more elegant solution, even if we had designed it ourselves' Pamela Hakim, Telcordia.

Telcordia supports communications companies around the world with a comprehensive portfolio of telecommunications network software, services and research. The company wanted to showcase all the information it had on Next Generation OSS services for all of their partners in one Web 2.0 environment.

The solution came in the shape of WebGen, a Web 2.0 Community Platform from Decisive Media. Having the ability to share all sales, marketing, delivery and training materials with their individual partners, as well building a community around these partners, has greatly improved the relationships Telcordia values most. Telcordia's partner interaction portal is also enabled to allow content permissioning - so only the content Telcordia wishes to share with each partner is available - automatically enabled and based upon the user's email address on sign-up.
